Establishing a high-quality residential facility in a location like Vithalapur was a conscious and challenging initiative. At a time when the area had minimal residential infrastructure, RELOhomes transformed two under-construction towers into a fully operational corporate dormitory tailored specifically for Japanese expatriates.

The property features 20 units of fully furnished 2 BHK apartments, designed for long-stay comfort, shared living efficiency, and ease of daily routines.
